Dah lama I tak buat kuey teow goreng... last I did was like 4 years back kot rasanya... bukannya tak nak buat... it's just that I couldn't find the type of kuey teow that I wanted. I suka makan kuey teow yang kecik tu.. ala.. yang cam chinese dok bat kuey teow soup tu..compared to the normal kuey teow yang pada I gemuk sket tu... but finally, 3 weeks ago, I found it kat pasar malam serdang... alhamdulillah.. maka menyalalah mentol kat kepala I ni planning bat fried kuey teow for breakfast during that weekend... and tadaaaaaa......
and at the same time, I teringin jugak nak buat chilled oreo cheese cake... bukan apa.. I just nak habiskan stok cream cheese kat dalam fridge.. tu jer... and by the time I nak bat the cheese cake, Yasmine pulak requested for tiramisu... tapi bila check bahan2, ada yang tak cukup... vanilla essence yilek... so, ON la projek cheese cake I... alhamdulillah.. yasmine agree... she likes any cheesy dessert. So introducing.. my first attempt chilled oreo cheese cake.....with the help from Yasmine... thank you, sayang....
