Kat sini playground ada benda ni jugak...teringin nak guna tapi malu orang tengok hahahah....

o.. kat playground area rmh eynda pon ada menda cm ni ek? sronoknyerr... zareene x tau pon ada mende ni kt tmn perdana putra tu.. kalo tau, tentu siang2 dh pkai track bottom.. leh exercise kt sini..

pasal soklan diet tu..
Boleh cuba diet plan tu w/o exercise tapi mungkin kesan lambat..
akak pun skang ni diet tapi tak exercise hehe..
cuba la exercise sikit2 jer..
at least skipping/ jumping jack 50x sehari :)

Tengkiu sudi jenguk blog zareene. Thanx for the info.. akan zareen ikut diet plan akak and suggestion akak tuk bat simple exercise daily... hmm.. kalo bat hse chores i.e. sweeping & mopping pon boleh consider exercise jgk kan? :D
