Pizza Roti

Having kids who are picky eaters is such troublesome.... Pening mommies fikir nak masak apa yang boleh membuatkan anak dia makan banyak kan.... So, there were one sweet weekend ni I tergerak nak try buat pizza roti for breakfast.... It was my experiment for the girls... I wasn't worry so much about Shahnaz as she eats almost anything... the one yang I risau is Yasmine... sangat picky eater okeh...

Alhamdulillah... it turn out well.... Everyone in the house loved it to the max.  Habis uols the first batch that I made for breakfast.  Yasmine then requested pizza roti again for afternoon tea.  So, to make it such a fun mommy-daughter activity, I requested dia prepare everything on her own... I cuma help to prepare the sauce and bakar kat dalam toaster oven je... Wahh... kemain suka that young lady... bangga dia telling her babah that she did it all.. hehhehehe...

Ok.. ada some friends yang tanya how to prepare it...ala... I ni buat main hentam je... hahahaha... but it's ok.. I am going to share there recipe here mana la tau kot-kot it inspire uols untuk cuba buat ke... kan???  I bakar guna toaster oven.  Tried bakar guna air fryer tp pizza tu jadi dry... kureng sedap.... Ok.. here goes the recipe...

Roti Pizza

Bahan-Bahan
Roti Gardenia - trimmed kerak roti
Shredded Mozarella Cheese
Pepperoni
Cheddar Cheese
Sausages
Marjerin

Bahan-Bahan Sos Pizza
Bawang Putih - cincang
Bawang Besar - potong dadu
Tomato Puree
Minyak Zaitun
Mix Herbs
Air
Garam

Cara-Cara
1.  Panaskan minyak dalam pan dan tumis bawang putih dan bawang besar hingga wangi.  Masukkan tomato puree.  Tambah sedikit air jika puree tersebut terlalu pekat.  Masukkan mix herbs, perasakan dengan garam.  Masak hingga sos mengikut kepekatan yang diingini dan ketepikan.  Kalau uols nak senang, instead buat the sauce from scratch, uols boleh guna pasta sauce (but I have yet to try.. hihihihi)





2.  Roti yang telah di-trimmed disapu dengan marjerin.  Sapukan sos pizza.  Potong cheddar cheese slice kepada 3 strip dan lay sama rata di atas roti.  Aturkan sosej dan pepperoni. Taburkan mozarella cheese.


3.  Bakar dalam toaster oven untuk lebih kurang 4 minit.  Tada... siap untuk dimakan.
