Sesi Jumpa Paed Endocrinologist....

Assalammualaikum... Semalam, 29 Mac adalah appointment date untuk Canaz jumpa dengan paed endocrinologist kat mana lagi if not Hospital Putrajaya.  Pagi semalam, sementara mama register appoinment Canaz, baba took her to the playground kat hospital tu.  Kemain suka lagi si tecik montel tu dapat main-main kat playground tu.. Once mama is done with the registration, teruslah kami breakfast kat kafe hospital...

Appoinment kali ni, Canaz dapat jumpa Dr. Fuziah lagi.... kemain suka lagi Dr. tu dapat jumpa Canaz.. especially when she got to know about her progress... lagi la dia happy... And Dr. Fuziah ni, everytime kalo dia jumpa Canaz, mesti dia nak amik gambar si tecik montel nih... sebab dia nak bat comparison progress Canaz from the first time she treated her till now.

Alhamdulillah... Result untuk blood test taken on 16 Mac ari tu, reading untuk Canaz's thyroid and pituary hormone is within a normal range.   Though the reading dah reached to a normal range, cam biasalah... Canaz still lagi kena makan thyroxine tu tuk stabilise her thyroid hormone.. Her dosage is remain at 37.5mcg since the past 6 months rasanya.  So, next appointment will be in July.  Harap-harap appoinment tu nanti dapat jumpa ngan Dr. Fuziah lagi..

Assalammualaikum semua.... Apa yang uol selalu buat ye kalo Sunday... Macam I, Sunday is a stay-at-home day sebab Sunday tu la is my sweeping & mopping day..... dah letih mengemas, malas nak keluar kemana-mana... sebab esok tu kerja...

Sunday baru ni, setelah sekian lama beli, baru kini dear hubby keluarkan birthday pressie yasmine... alahai... bukan belikan hadiah yang mahal pon... tapi pada moi mahal la tuk stakat pool plastik tu je... tapi tu la kan.. manade menda murah now days ni kan.... and pressie canaz pon mama dah belikan in advance dan tuan punya badan pon dah rasmikan... hehehehehe.... bukan apa beli awal tu.. tuk this two sisters bersama-sama enjoying their splashing time...

Usaha Tangga Kejayaan..

Assalammualaikum....Last weekend, School of Graduate Studies UPM ada organise education fair untuk postgrads.  Since hubby is in the planning of pursuing his studies, I pon suggest la kat dia to visit the said fair.  So, Sabtu hari tu, after our late breakfast, kami pon pergilah ke Main Hall UPM... ooopppsss.... tajuk xde kena mengena ngan ceritera kan??? xper... sat lagi dia kena lah tu.. hehehehe....

Sedang en. somi gigih meninjau all the booths kat situ, anak-anak kami pon gigih jugakkkkk... tengok nih...

Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon 2011

We've been here last year but could get to the exact site due to a large crowd.  Alhamdulillah... we were here early today.  We had a chance to have a close look at the hot air balloons... We did not wait until all the hot air balloons are up as the weather is getting hotter.  Mr hubby decided we made a move and went for a LRT ride to give the kiddos experience riding on the LRT.  Canaz seems to enjoy, but not Yasmine...

Hmm... how time flies... tomorrow is Saturday... and Monday will shows up... adeh... malasnyer... Monday dah start keja balik after 3 days on leave... :(

It's Her Day...

Assalammualaikum... My eldest princess turns 5 last week...on March 9, to be exact...but we didn't wish her or celebrate it on the day itself.... reason being... mr hubby has a plan for her... we actually wanted to celebrate it with our guests during the school holiday...

March 15... the day has come...we had a small party for her attended by my PIL and SILs from Shah Alam and Alor Star respectively.  Yasmine had a great fun celebrating her birthday with all her relatives.

Assalammualaikum... Hye all....  It's school holidays now... so, how do you spend the holiday with your kids??

My eldest daughter is still in kindy... and like any other school children, school  holiday season is most waited.  This one week school holiday, we are not taking our kids for holiday but stay at home instead... why??? Because my SIL and PIL came to our place to spend the school holiday with us...

We took them for a sightseeing at Putrajaya as they (my SIL & family) have never been there.  There were requests from her kids wanted to go to the Petrosains.  Since we have never been there,  hubby thought it was a great idea... and it is a great idea to be there... except for me... it's not my soul... hahahahha.... biasalah... moi lagi suka agenda sopping mopping ni.. hehehehhe...

Assalammualaikum all... chewah... u all tengoklah tajuk entry I ni... tak boley blah kan.... hahahahaha... it's nothing...

Actually I pernah kirim laksa beras from my ofismate dah lama dah sampai I tak ingat bila... so lucky me, he bought 2 packets of laksa beras for me from Perlis... I pon bila dah dapat tu, simpan la dalam my locker inside my office... dah naik berbulan dah laksa tu dok dalam locker, I finally took them home... kerana hajat di hati nak bat laksa during the weekend.... hmmmm.... haram..... It takes me weeks before I finally decide to make my very first time own laksa.... Alhamdulillah... it's menjadi....

Jemputlah makan ye... share sorang sikit..... ^_^

After 7 Days

Assalammualaikum All.... Alhamdulillah... after 7 days dieting, I've lost 1.4kg... though tak banyak, but there's still a weight loss isn't it?  Weight now...

Sorry uols... hari ni I terlupa lagi nak snap gambar all the food yang I makan... but today even worse... dari brekkie, sampailah ke dinner.. I terlupa nak snap gambar nok...adeh... sejak muda-mudi nih... memang begitu.. asyik terlupa jer...

Menu Diet:  Day 2
Breakfast:  +-40g Nestle Fitness Cereal
Lunch:  Nasi 1 senduk + ayam kampung goreng + pecal + ulam
Dinner:  Fruits

Hari ini.. 7 March 2011, bermulalah perjalan dietku... jangan diet terjun ke laut sudah... uols doa-doakan I success ye...

Started dengan sesi timbang berat badan yang dah sememangnyer berat nih.. adeh... 54kg???!!!! Beratnyer daku!!!!!

Menu diet:  Day 1

Breakfast:  40g Nestle Fitness Cereal + 125ml low fat milk

Lunch:  1 senduk nasi + ulam + kari ikan + lemak pucuk manis

Dinner:  rojak buah

My brekkie... Lunch & Dinner lupa nak snap gambar.. hihihihi

Alhamdulillah... Tercapai Hasratku...

During the recent weekend we all pegi Ikea... kan ke tengah ada S.A.L.E. la ni... bukan nak membeli sangat pon... sebenarnya nak memuaskan seleraku ini... ye la... asyik-asyik suami terchenta jek yang pi Ikea membeli belah sambil menikmati sweedish meat balls kan... ai yang mendengar cerita ni asik telan ailio teringin jek... hehehehe... so, wiken ari tu, dapatlah memenuhi selera ai... hihihih...

This time pi Ikea, we suggested Yasmine to spend her time @ Smaland... Sib baik she's ok.. so, dapatlah Canaz, Hubby and myself shopping barangan Ikea dengan aman damai.... Since Yasmine masuk Smaland tu dah lambat.. that was 11.30 and it closes at 12, so by 12 noon kami fetch Yasmine dari Smaland dan terus ajak dia lunch... We ordered sweedish meatballs, daim cake and grilled salmon for 3 of us and Yasmine had nuggets & chips and ice-cream.. yang later it was finished by Canaz... Wah.. puas tuan belog makan hari tu.. ahahahha.. Alhamdulillah... Thank you for the treat, laling.. and you what??? Yasmine really had so much fun @ Smaland that she wanted to go there again after the lunch.. but since we're heading home, we promised her some other time...

Selesai lunch, kami pon headed back to Seri Kembangan... tapi sebelum balik rumah, singgah giant dulu.. sebab nak beli pillow and all... ye la.. rumah ai ni kan kekurangan pillow... so, bila dengar ada orang nak datang, ramai pulak tu.. terus kelam kabut pi cari bantal.. hahahaha... lepas selesai membeli, puaskanlah budak-budak ni with their own activities pulak... bermain di playground giant...

Therapy

Rabu lepas Canaz ada appointment tuk occupational therapy... kat mana lagi kalo bukan hospital pilihan mama... Hospital Putrajaya la..... ye la... kan motorskill progress dia delay sket... sebab lambat detect yang dia ada hypothyroid.. tu yang doctor refer dia tuk therapy tu... alhamdulillah... setahun kami attended physio dan occupational therapy sessions, her motorskill progress is cathing up with her age.. 1.5 years old.   Owh... lupa pulak nak inform uols... Canaz dah boleh diri & jalan without support... hoorayyyyy... Congrats, Canaz...

Therapy Rabu lepas, therapist ajar canaz cara untuk balance kan badan, cara untuk climbing and walking... Session tu tak lama... 1 hour jer per session... ari tu Canaz dapat morning session.. kol 8am... then after 1 hour, mama teruslah hantar dia ke rumah babysitter... sebab i've gotta work kan...
