My Baby, You're the Reason I'm Alive...

Yasmine Shahnaz... our 2nd bundle of joy was born on 24 September 2009.  She is now 7months old but she can't do anything.  Feel so curious why is she unable to crawl or even roll over at this age, I seek advised from a GP and she later refered us to Paediatric Specialist Clinic in Putrajaya Hospital.  We got an appointment on 22 Apr 2010.  The doctor took her blood for test and she also heard an abnormal sound of her heart and she predicted that my baby has a heart problem but it is not confirm until she undergo an Echo test. OMG... only God knows how I felt... I kept on crying until I was unable to cry anymore...

On 26 April, we once again went to the hospital for Shahnaz's physio and echo test appointment.  The echo test confirmed that there is a whole in the lil baby's heart.. the size of the whole is about 4mm... Upon the confirmation, I wasn't able to cry anymore... just accept and redha what has been destined for our family.. we then proceed to the paed's clinic to get her blood test result.. according to the nurse, the result was normal EXCEPT for the thyroid.. she then refered us to Dr. Fuziah Mohd Zain, a consultant paediatric endocrinologist.  There we were told that our lil baby is suffering CONGENITAL HYPOTHYROIDISM which her thyroid gland is unable to produce sufficient hormone for her cognitive and motor skills development.  No wonder Shahnaz is not experiencing growth progress...She then prescribed her with thyroxine which she has to consume it for live to stabilise her thyroid hormone.  The hospital will also refer Shahnaz's heart problem to IJN at the earliest possible.

As parents, both my hubby and I are struggling our best to cure her and we wish that Allah will give us His extraordinary strength for us to face His test...  For friends and families, we seek your help to pray for my Yasmine Shahnaz's good health. InsyaAllah.. thank you..

Hmm... it's been a while since I last updated my blog huh? sorry guys... keeping u waiting... ahaks.. ada ke yg looking forward for my blog updates??? sangat perasan lah the owner of the blog nih... whatever....

Well this took place at the beginning of April.. on April 3 if I'm not mistaken.... the Sports & Recreation Club of hubby's office organised a bowling tournament which took place at Berjaya Timesquare.. I was looking forward for it as I get to mingle around with his office colleagues and play a frame or two.. :D and above all, Yasmine was the one that was really excited on that day... because... she get to meet up with her BFF...Fathul Zharfan.... Lama x jumpa Fathul.. last was in Dec 2009 at a wedding in Hulu Kelang.... 

 

Right after the tournament, hubby purchased a movie tickets... we were going to watch a movie entitled Dragon.. but prior to that, all of us had our lunch @ Wendy's...

Hair Cut!!!!

Fuh... after 4 years trying to keep her hair long, I guess last weekend was my final decision to cut her hair shorter.... reason being, easier to get her ready to school every morning on weekdays... walaupun the amoi was trying her best persuading me not to cut her hair with excuse that Yasmine has a very nice curly hair, etc.... but sorry... my decision is final...

Pullman Putrajaya, Msian Waterski Championship.. Dating....

Ni la antara activity aku last wiken.. where i had to work over the weekend... ada workshop @ Pullman Putrajaya on Saturday and ends on Sunday before lunch hour... the kids are at the babysitter's... habis jer workshop on Sunday, had lunch with dear hubby at Alamanda, then we watched the waterski championship...

Alice in Wonderland

Too lazy to wait for the hot air balloon to be up in the air, plus the weather was quite bahang though it was cloudy, hubby decided we went to Your World (Alamanda la.. hehehe) had our lunch there, then we watched Alice in Wonderland... at first Yasmine was quite nervous.. sebab dia tengok gazette citer tu cam scary jek.. then after watching the whole movie, she was OK....

Putrajaya Hot Air Ballon Fiesta...

Thank you Ita Ramli for promoting the event to us, her friends... I've already planned in my kepala hotak to persuade hubby to this event.. alhamdulillah.. he agreed... and made a plan ahead... he planned to wake up early in the morning, had a stroll at Taman Botani, then to the hot air balloon fiesta... but a plan is just a plan.. tuan badan bangun liwat.. aku plak dh bangun awal.. tp tgk hubby tido balik after subuh prayer, i tot he must been too tired... let him sleep... (baik pnya bini kan... tp tgk hangin aku jgk... :D)

He slept till 10am where by the time he woke up, the kids are ready... take his shower & breakfast, then we left for putrajaya... went straight to see the hot air balloon... umangaiiii... keta dah banyak... smpai parking kat tepi2 jalan, kat jambatan.. last2 we all dapat parking kat jambatan tu... so, sempatlah snap few pix... tp gambo yasmine xdo.. sebab dia tdo dalam keta.... layanzzzzz.....

Entry Berhabuk..

Ini citer wiken bila ntah... rasa2nya within February la kot... sebelum camera aku masuk spital... lense rosak da.... antara sebab yang menyumbang kepada kerosakan:
i)  Yasmine pantang jumpa camera, sure dia nak snap gambo sendiri
ii)  camera selalu tertindih kat dalam beg aku...

Si kakak & adik yang masing-masing buat hal sendiri...
